Electroplating

We make tin, nickel, gold and silver plating with pasivation by reel-to-reel electroplating and separate stamped and turned parts. We have modern computer-controlled electroplating lines at our disposal, in which we use top-class baths from leading European suppliers.

We are specialized on possibilities:

• technology reel to reel (cut parts in style of neverending strips)-all over or selective plating
• technology in vibration units (single or turned parts)
• laboratory rack line (single parts and short sections of strips)
• wire plating (bronze material)

Control of surface:

• measure plate thickness by using of X-ray device
• test of solderability
• test of adhesion
• climatic test
• endurance test
• vertification of dimensions by using of measure microscope (on part and also by making cross section)
